Woodworking with Scouts

If your looking for a bit more information on what you’ve seen on my web site, please feel free to contact me using this link:  Mike Russell

For the local guys:

If you happen to live in the Northern Virginia area, or are a member of the Aquia District, National Capital Area Council, come to roundtable and we’ll talk.

I’m always willing to work with individual scouts or scout dens / patrols on woodworking requirements.  Also, if you’ve never used a hammer, saw, or just need a little advice, come by the shop and we’ll figure it out together.

For everyone else:

Your first stop should be your Cubmaster or Scoutmaster. Most likely, they will know one or two local people who can help.

Next, try going to your district’s roundtable, University of Scouting, or other training event. I know someone there will be able to help.

Have fun, and keep the wood chips flying!
